Don't think it works that way.

Luffy and Zoro knew how to flow their COA. One hit and an instant of realization allowed them to flow their COC. Kid doesn't know how to flow his COA, else he'd injure Kaidou without needing to crush him.

They won their fights, Law/Kidd won't win theirs and their job is to stall.
Plus Kidd and Law seem to function better in a team battle/stalling fashion than 1vs1 combat unlike Zoro/Sanji.

1v1 zoro is only beating perhaps Law
Sanji isn't beating Kidd or Law.
