Kaidos trait is peerless recovery and durability. He will take damage but always come back. Big mom's trait is "the iron balloon" and she doesn't take damage at all unless conditions are met. So it's actually much more impressive to deal real damage to her than kaido. Her overall stamina is probably not as good but her durability has consistently been scaled better than kaido
