Last chapter he show awakened countershock and this chapter awakened infection shoot, next time when he fight again, he using awakened gammaknife :)

Unlike BM, Admirals are trained fighters that know a skill called dodging, evading, they've the ability to judge an incoming attack and dodge it when it looks dangerous.

There's no level between Admiral and Yonkou. Both are Top Tiers.

Admirals can only dodge if they are logias by manipulating their bodies like Katakuri. I didnt see Sengoku or Fujitora dodging.
So it's not because they are "experienced and trained fighters" lmfao.

Akainu could only beat Curiel while all the others Commanders didnt have any extra injuries and went to do their shit, while Kaido cleaned 9 "Curiels" (and many of them stronger than Curiel) despite him being backed up by his ppl a bit later.

And I never said they are for sure Admiral lvl. That is still difficult to tell but they might be perfectly at that lvl.

I would argue that yes, it is Luffy's MC perks that he get more screen time and development.

Can you see Oda giving similar development to Kidd at this point of manga?

We know that Oda spend so much time on Luffy that it seems natural for him to power up. But, if we could see more of Law and Kidd fights, we wont have these doubts.

Regardless, I am happy OP is picking up pace. I dont really care about power creep. MC and co have been strong after time skip, it was just useless stalling by Oda.
