An awakening would be 100% signaled by Oda. This isn't awakening. Just move nuttiness of her fruit.

Law/Kid are what I call "Warlord Tier". This is where I place Yami Teach, Prime Moriah, Doffy, Hancock, Prime Kuma, Weevil.

Base Blackbeard/Ace -> Commander level (BB was offered 2nd division)
Yami Teach -> Warlord level
Gura Teach -> Yonko level

Only some lower end Warlord fell in Commander Tier (Jinbe, Croc).

Katakuri casually used Awakening, and it wasn’t acknowledged as Awakening until a few chapters later. I fear that, similar to how Oda got too lazy to name many of the DFs, he will be too lazy to tell us sometimes when a character is using Awakening

Katakuri's fight had a lot of time. This fight unless it drags on doesn't have the luxuary and it would be so dumb of him to to highlight law and kidds awakening but not do so for an emperor.
