Law/Kid are what I call "Warlord Tier". This is where I place Yami Teach, Prime Moriah, Doffy, Hancock, Prime Kuma, Weevil.

Base Blackbeard/Ace -> Commander level (BB was offered 2nd division)
Yami Teach -> Warlord level
Gura Teach -> Yonko level

Only some lower end Warlord fell in Commander Tier (Jinbe, Croc).

Yami teach lost to a yonko with half his head within 3 pages and started begging for mercy
