Plus, you can see the difference between a beam and this. When oda draws beams, he shows light shining from franky's canon. He did this with Pacifista and Kizaru's lasers. There is nothing like that with Kid's powers.

In fact he shows the rail gun charging up with electricity and no light rays from the beams It's pretty clear (to me) he's repelling a projectile at her.

You can literally see marines falling in water and the map shows, its not that much of a difference between the water and marineford. Wano is a country, marineford is a small island. Laws hole must be like a mile deep.
