Big Mom was definitely more formidable when she was younger and skinnier. She has to be. Oda made it a point to distinguish old Garp, Rayleigh, and even Whitebeard from their prime selves. And we all know Big Mom is a 60-year-old granny. She's probably not rusty like them, but she's definitely past the first stage of that process.
My biggest takeaway from this fight is Oda's middle finger to the people who really thought DFs would become irrelevant. In the very arc advCoC was introduced, Oda turned the attention right back to dfs. Big Mom herself prefers to use it over advanced haki, but what's the deal with awakening here, are we to assume she's awakened? Maybe her awakening is her whole lifespan deal?
Expect more of this in the future, if a top tier has built in offense with their df, it's gonna remain the preference. They're not gonna throw that away for advCoC. Kaidou doesn't really have a potent offense built in for him, he's a CQC fighter who needs every bit of haki he can get to deal damage. Besides the basic zoan buffs to offense, his zoan is mainly for AOE and defensive purposes. Non df fighters will obviously have honed their haki to perfection to keep up with DFs. That's all it ever was. Haki was the great equalizer. Luffy has best of both worlds because he's gonna be the strongest character of all time (top 2-3 atleast).

The way Kid keeps his cards to his chest makes me think that he might actually fight Luffy later in the story. It makes sense that they're allies right now since they have a common enemy. But if they try to go for the same goal I wouldn't be surprised if it does turn into an actual fight. Part of why I think the final war will be Skypeia 2.0, a bunch of different factions fighting for the same thing.

Next chapter we will see the Gorosei reacting to BM's defeat , giving orders to the ships, we will know about that DF, Zou will be talking to Momo and will see the ships just he saw Jack, and maybe even hear what they say, will see Izo defeated , new update about Zoro and Robin . it would be a build up chapter, before Luffy last round begins and maybe his awakening.
Morj saying Kid could solo big mom but Law needed help just to get attacks in
I swear Oda was reading a lot of internet posts during this arc, he even read my discussion with some idiots with his CoO before doing this chapter.
There was an idiot Zorotard (redundant) who didnt understand what implies attacking after (Kid after Law) and fucking Law telling that to the audience in this chapter (and Kid breaking her ribs while Law her arm to prove it)
The Zorotards using the argument of Kaido's tornado and Zoro's tornado as proof that it can destroy Kid and in this chapter Kid tell to BigMom and the audience, again, that destroying his metal is irrelevant since he can piece it together again if he needs it hahaha.
Then, there was a guy who said to me that Admirals are experienced fighters and that's why they dodge attacks while BigMom no, and the chapter came and we saw BigMom "dodging" Kid's attack, well, here you have
Then I think I saw ppl complaining about BigMom using her homies against Ulti and not Kid, and the chapter came and we saw something much more impressive than that against Kid.
And well, she didnt use apparently AdCoC, but when she healed, black lightning came out of her, so I'm pretty sure she used but Oda didnt draw it, or forgot. We may know when the physical volume will go for sale, or when will get the colored version.
The fight was trash, there's nothing much to say, there's no defence for this. But well, at least now the 1 Yonko vs 2 Admirals is a thing. Poor Admiraltards. And Zorotards ofc too.
P.S: who was the provider who said Law cut/pierced across all Wano bro? Are they blind? And this is not the first time they provide shitty info because they can't interpret/analyze some simple panels lol.

What a great chapter, when Doflamingo was talking about the throne wars this is what he was refering to. And I think it was necessary that we got a chapter of members of the worst generation fighting against a Yonko without the Strawhats being involved, as they're not the only players in this big conflict.
God damn. All the fanboys that were trying to put Zoro/Sanji on Kid and Law’s level, despite them being clearly separated as the two leaders of the generation alongside Luffy, get to swallow a whole bunch of reality here. They were never in Law and Kid’s level. Ever. At any point. It had been made clear so many times, most recently when a full health Zoro gets relegated to fighting someone Big Mom would wipe with ease, while they’re teaming a Yonko. And not only are they teaming a Yonko, but Law has severely damaged her, as has Kid, when her durability exceeds even Kaido’s. And it’s real damage, not a scar that Kaido simply brushes off. And on top of that, they might actually beat her (still unsure if she’s down for good, and if their fight actually concludes, I had thought she’d flee when Kaido falls).
Anyway, Law and Kid were amazing this chapter, happy as hell for them. Law’s attack was sick, and kid is using a freaking rail gun. What an excellent chapter.

--Its obvious law is doing more and heavy damage to BM than kidd for most part and law's DF is special among devil fruits too so we can't give most of DFs law's status
--Plus BM's attacks are meh for most part ; adv coc attacks from luffy is really doing number on kaido ; only law's DF is more special and rightfully so
