He is not cobys superior. Now where was he stated that he was.sword is a faction just like cipher pole. They have multiple units. Coby did not refer to him in any way that leads anyone to believe that drake is his superior

Sword Captain implies superior.

Whether he's stronger or not is to be seen however the premise so far is not good based on how trash L Drake is.
