Also, Kaido really admires and wants to be like the (fictional rather than the real ofc) Samurai, that unwavering, unstoppable code of honour to the very end, to their deaths. Devoted to absolute extreme and completely about honour, being uanfraid of death, sacrifice and such.

it's also pretty painful that kaido literally mocked oden, roger and whitebeard for being honourable, and considers their trusting nature a weakness/softness.
that might give some insight into kaido's WSC portrayal.

kaido wanting to be like oden is a very interesting thought, maybe he's too hard on yamato because she's more of an oden than he is.

No kaido won by default because of g4 time limit at least thats what spoils say but sure lets wait for pics ; some things are wrong in early spoils

Any ideas why this distraction thing is becoming a recurring thing with Kaido?

like are we gonna be told that Kaido’s never actually won a serious fight and in fact all his supposed “1v1s” had this shit happening?

if not then why are we redoing this? Just so that Kaido can have a mental breakdown so Luffy doesn’t get killed? Please don’t tell me this just so Luffy doesn’t get killed

Kaido DOES Care for 1v1, what he did with the scabards and oden have LITERALLY NOTHING to do with It

Kaido never expected oden to be that magnificent of an oponent on a 1v1, never, thats why he was so "in love" with oden, even in the present.

He wants another oden in his life. He was surprised back then and was Sad that the fight turned out How It did.

YOU DON KILL SOMEONE THAT RUINED YOUR FIGHT IF YOU DONT CARE.

Kaido isnt about fair fights, he is about GOOD fights. Same way he piled up against Oden the Scabbards piled on him, and he didnt care, because it was how he chose to fight, but when someone else gets involved against his wishes and ruins it then he gets pissed, thats why he killed Higurashi but had no problems when Jack came to help
