Nonsense, extreme diffs are for those who are equals or have a slight margin at best. Kaido would be the favorite 10 out of 10 times against any admiral. He beats them all high diff except maybe Akainu because Oda highlighted him.

He thought that with Big Mom he would be able to take on 3 admirals, 1 fleet admiral, Kong, several zodiac level vice admirals, SSG, etc.
He's not needing extreme diff to take down Kizaru, and certainly not Fujitora.

Kaido might extreme diff Fleet Admiral Akainu if Akainu has a lot more he hasn't shown, and isn't just going to be a jobber character while Luffy fights Imu.

Kaido said fighting Luffy is the last time he's been fighting seriously 1vs1 in a long time in chapter 1037.
He didn't go drunk against Yamato, didn't start using the full extent of his freakish life return, didn't start using FS until this chapter.

He didn't go all out Yamato, Yamato acknowledges that she is not his match, even while knowing how to counter his fighting style from years of experience.

He's already on a timer according to Yamato, he's barely standing after eating some food, he's not capable of a protracted fight.

Kaido is keeping lots of cards close to his chest, he only started using FS after hydra overwhelmed him. This comes off as quite vague and hard to tell, but we are seeing Kaido doing crazy culverin style life return techniques as a result of Luffy pushing him.

G4 made Luffy completely dominate Kaido for several pages without him having a chance for response, that is a boost compared to before, but just like against Kat it didn't immediately win him the fight, Luffy was fighting Kat for an hour fairly evenly after learning FS before entering snakeman iirc- this pushed out Kat's donut trump card.

G4 looked way more dramatic of a boost against Doflamingo, than it did in subsequent arcs, but it is a big boost still.

Kaido dont have FS tho

What he have is an ability to adapt and copy his opponents move
