we didnt hear about oden's scar after like 20 years and kaido after getting scarred by oden still got up and hit him , kaido is a zoan he heals .

While checking for pics, I read that Greg theorized that Shanks is a CD and he asked the Gorosei not to go after Luffy for his fruit this entire time.

I also think Greg's theory on this is a lot more viable than Shanks stealing the fruit and then also ratting Luffy out for some odd reason lol.

Him being a CD also sorta makes sense, if you believe he came from God Valley (if his birthplace in West Blue is retconned). He's 40 and the incident took place 39 years ago. Roger implies he's had Shanks since he was a baby I guess too...


I guess this would still leave the biggest questions about the character intact. What even is his motive lmao?

tf you mean by "yall" , i've never said that ashura is acoc haki

acoc haki = black lightning
no black lightning = no acoc haki

the Vivre card that covered the rooftop fight didn't consider zoro a coc haki user because he only unlocked basic coc haki on rooftop and had no idea about it

The drawback we saw this chapter will probably come at a point again when Kaido is fighting back. Then I can totally see the Straw Hats or the Momotaro group stalling Kaido until Luffy lands his final hit

One reason Kaido could not get a big flashback is because Oda wants to keep Xebec hidden and reveal him for another arc.
I still think Kaido is getting a small flashback, but I wouldn't bet on a several chapters long one.

All my complaints about him being not getting consequences from the hits he has been getting for the past 50 chapters were erased.

@Paperchampion23 do you still see him awakening? Right now I believe this is highly possible because of Kaido's state this chapter.
