kaido: not bad.....but it's still not enough to beat me
nika: huff huff....how do i beat this guy
nika sees kaido breathing heavily, while putting his hand on the scar across his torso. Nika throws a punch towards kaido, directly on his scar
kaido spews lots of blood, the scar reopens
kaido: Ugh! Damn it, it's the scar from the pirate hunter!
kaido goes awakening. His entire body is shrouded with CoC lightning
kaido: it's been fun fighting you, strawhat. But this is the end
kaido uses a new form of thunder bagua to knock out nika
yamato and momo are shocked. momo: l-luffy.....his voice is disappearing....
momo hears a telepathy, from luffy
luffy: momo....it's not over yet......kaido will still be taken down....listen, this might be my final words.....
momo: y-yes luffy. What should we do
luffy: BRING ZORO TO ROOFTOP

Don't assume it's 1 full chapter dedicated to Raizo using his power. Its the "focus" of the chapter guys. Think about it logically. The following people are in the mansion still:
- Usopp/Kin/Kiku
- Inu/Asura
- Jinbe/Raizo
- Izou/Drake
- 1 CP-0 member
- Hiyori/Orochi
- Brook/Robin (technically)
- Countless fodder
With the Raizo scene probably comes the resolution on some of the character placement here. Do others escape? What are the updates to Orochi now that the fire is put out if anything?
It's not gonna be 15 pages of Raizo sprinkling water on the castle lol relax

Something tells me:
- Raizo puts out fire
- Hiyori "wins" but Kairoseki nail falls out of Orochi somehow
- Orochi's revival powers are shown, attacks and threatens Hiyori's life
- Momo, eventually, leaves to get Ame No Habakiri from Tengu
- Momo, as a human, shows up as Oden-like to cut Orochi down with Ame.
- Raizo puts out fire
