Wasn't yami teach supposed to be equal to 3 admiral before oda changed his mind. It may not be only cause the yami alone but if oda gives him enough its not impossible

Luffy breaks the villain's dream that affect the island. He breaks Doflamingo's ambition to control Dressrosa. He will also break Kaidou's ambition that starve and enslave Wano citizen for the sake of war. Kaidou's perception about Joy Boy being stronger than him, doesn't have anything to do with his ambition that enslaves Wano people, which Luffy will break.

Kaido's whole shtick is about strength determining everything. How is Luffy going to prove the samurai are strong if it's just Luffy being the one to ultimately defeat Kaido? Kaido literally shittalks the samurai for being weak and given up. How is this resolved if the samurai simply accept their death by Luffy. Luffy himself said the samurai are strong, but that fact has yet to be proven this arc. Why is it important for Luffy to be the sole one to defeat Kaido? All it does is prove Kaido's point that the strongest decide the rules.

Based on what?

Based on the fact that Kaidou's dragonic fire form that, despite having a somewhat accurate impression of Luffy's tremendous strength, he was confident would melt Luffy's arm, was unable to even touch Luffy's body due to ryuo barrier.
If WB had been able to use his ryuo barrier rather than take it with his flesh, he would not have been instantly melted.

This is laid out specifically, if Luffy fights Akainu he will not be at risk of being melted, because he will be using barrier. Shanks' sword did not melt...because of barrier...

Compared to Big Mom and Kaido, he sure does have a normal body. WB is better than normal but he doesn't have an absurdly durable body. Someone like Squard could never dream of stabbing Big Mom or Kaido even when they're sleeping.

We don’t know the exact size of the hole lol
Just because we see BM looking big at one point (Oda’s very inconsistent), we literally see the crater dwarfing the mountain ranges around it
It’s also at least a 1/3 or Onigashima from Oda’s diagram
And sure, height doesn’t matter, only the diameter
If Law erases a town-sized diameter of landmass all the way to the other side of the planet, and “it’s stil‘s not island level” right?

- She was more fresh because except kidd and law, others never attacked her. And she can be still fresh but her HP/endurance/dura lvl are smaller than kaido.

- that's why it's hard to judge anything with Oda’s drawings.

- if it happens, I have no issue to say that feat is continental or planet lvl. But earth won't survive

Never said they don't have impressive endurances and durability, but there is no need to find new ways to glorify them to be above the admirals after their defeat just because you love them better. They all have their own positives and negatives. Not everyone fights the same way that BM and Kaido do; even Luffy can't survive the damage they took but he beat Kaido and could beat Big Mom. So that's no reason to think the other characters are somehow incompetent.
