- As lethal as Akainu if not even more because Aokiji can freeze someone to the bone almost instantly.
- It's nearly impossible to drown.
Akainu is self-explanatory. It's purely effective for 1v1 combat.
Kizaru is the most versatile.
Ryokugyu is probably OP in a fight because of his restraining ability and if he has self healing it's even more broken.
Fujitora's ability is busted but i wouldn't want to give up Logia defence.

My points exactly. Greatest lethality, as it ignores durability (inb4 the Doffy example: Buffalo thanked god with tears in his eyes that Doffy wasn't frozen to the core), counters the DF users natural weakness which is water, also has aerial control by simply creating blizzards. Also counters at least 2 ancient weapons (Pluton, which is a war ship and Poseidon, which is a Mermaid controlling Sea Kings).
