Sea stone is mined in Wano and udon had a lot of seastone chains. A lot of fans are drawing the logical connection. If the alliance threw them in prison it would make sense to throw them in Sea stone chains.

Since they are DF users and they have seastone cuffs it would make sense to imprison them with these handcuffs. Just seems logical. Not saying it is the case though.
