next chapter we see that she changed to hybrid when they clash started.

Which means the clash was always hybrid yamato vs hybrid kaido

There is no base Yamato vs Kaido on panel except when she's trashed and revert back to his base form and that's when Luffy comes

Ngl I don't like how the only yonkou member they ever shit on is the only woman in the group. I'm not a woman but that worries me.
