No he doesn't. Bounties are not all about strength. What did he do to makes his bounty higher than King's?
Kaido's crew was roaming the sees for over 20 years committing crimes everywhere. It doesn't make sense for Zoro's bounty to be that high simply because he beat King and did a cool move vs Kaido
i doubt mihawk was less dangerous before becoming a warlord.
the old bounty already being 3 billion could be a possibility.
but that's even assuming oda cares to specify whatever he did get a boost or not
This makes me believe that Jinbe was supposed to battle against Jack in the first place and only gave him who's who to push the minks which is a damn shame. Else people most likely would have an easier time accepting his bounty
