Now that Oda is actually justifying Mihawks title as WSS giving them portrayal they have been screaming for years suddenly it's all thanks to this newly formed guild:yasu:

And, again, I never pretended that Mihawk's bounty has no inflation from Cross Guilds, it clearly does, just nowhere near as much as what other Yonkos have amassed, and Mihawk is no leader to begin with.

Or, well, the spoilers kind of imply his bounty is due to his past actions as solo Pirate only, too... which would be kind of insane, but we'll see.

And it's not hypocritical. Marines know what Mihawk is- he has a very old and long-running reputation, so much so that Shanks was stated to become a well known name in NW because of Mihawk. WG meanwhile literally has no idea how events went down in Onigashima. But if you wanna go with Kidd = Luffy, be my guest man.



Possible, although spoiler implies it's from his past actions and unfreezing only.

Even then, the inflation of being just a member of Cross Guild is far lower than being the downright leader of Yonko crew's resources and power amassed over a decade, on top of an absurdly strong crew itself.

Where is it implied Mihawk’s bounty is bc of the past in the spoilers? Besides even if that were the case, shanks isn’t ruthlessly attacking evetyone but imagine if he were like Kaido and BM. Bounties would be even more distant

1. Franky - Franky took down an ex New World Captain turned Tobi Roppo and a rival of Who’s Who. Gets 394 million while Robin and Jinbe are over 900 and 1 billion

2. Crocodile - Because the marine who chooses bounties powerscales based on posters (likely created by Buggy himself) Crocodiles bounty gets given to Buggy

3. Sanji - Gets bounty barely above 1 billion berries despite beating 1.32 billion berry Commander and is below Jinbes likely because of a meme

4. Zoro - gets bounty barely above 1 billion berries despite beating 1.39 billion berry commander
