All three have rewards of over a billion, differences or not, there they are.

Now that we've gotten more details on Cross Guild it's probably the most interesting 'crew' dynamic we're going to see in One Piece. Crocodile brings the knowledge, organization, and savvy, Mihawk brings the prestige and brute strength, and Buggy brings the manpower and a public face for the others to operate behind since they couldn't give two shits about prestige and prefer to operate behind aliases or just fuck around and do their own thing.
Why?
Even post TS he has been good at dropping info & lore stuff to juice us up. Same for the short arcs (Zou and Reverie were good). So this is not surprising, and if we get a short arc now it's gonna be good.
The problem is that he just loses his mind it when he goes into a big arc, and therefore at this point he'll probably butcher the ending, although the fact the we will get the "ultimate" lore & info drop might cushion the blow a bit.
