i think we have some plot regarding possible assassination attempt on Dodfy. Magellan also beinga guard only to doffy's prison.i think magellan will somehow get defeated or else doffy will get help from another side and they will set sail to new world again. I think it's perfect time to release bon clay and doffy and others now .such that bon clay will become luffy's grand fleet captain.

Hell, could've had Jinbe fight Jack and given Brook a proper fight with Perospero. Even amongst the Straw Hats he had a pretty special bond with Pedro. Off screened most of the Inuarashi and Nekomamushi fights with those two anyway so give the Straw Hats more focus.

If Oda wanted WW that strong, he could have done a hundred things:
> Put his bounty at 1B+
> Make him fight a calamity on an equal footing.
> Kaido recognizing it as a probable calamity and etc...

Oda could have done billions of things to make WW separate from the tobiroppos level, but he didn't. He made WW's bounty comparable to Sasaki's and made that rivalry between them.
If you think WW is even on the same level as Jack, you don't understand shit what Oda wants to portray and uses fanfiction, because it's impossible to find any panel in the manga that supports him being at the commander level.

Chasing Yamato has nothing to do with power level, it was to get a chance to challenge an all star..

Oda is going senile with bounties.

The most likely explanation is that he just don't give a fuck and uses bounties that he thinks are worth at the time and them updates according without caring about how it affects the world.

So he gives a bounty to Sabo that is comparable to Doffly but shows that Doffly is stronger. Ok.

Jack appears and he gives him a 1B bounty to show that Jack is in the high leagues.

Kata shows up and he must be hyped so he gives a bounty better than Jack.

Kaido has to have a good crew so he gives better bounties than kata to show the power of the crew.

The Yonkos have bounties that are super huge (except BB because he is a novice) so he picks 4b for the group.

Now he needs to hype Mihawk after his pathetic showing in Marineford and he gives a bounty that is high but not close to the Yonkos.

Now, when we see Sabo again he will have a proper bounty and the same will be done for the rest of the revos.

Inflation and poor planning. Is a waste of time thinking about reasons for bounties besides ''it's cool''. They only help with power levels of the current arc at best.

Ummmm ....killer is the only remarkable member of kid crew I doubt he gets a low bounty.

remarkable or not. if WG recognise killer is atacking with only slight effect on her but taking attacks then i can easily see increase near to sanji or zoro as he also fought hawkins and easily defeated hawkins.
