YonkouProductions apparently gave a hint of Bald Eren according to @Pot Goblin but I couldn't find it on his twitter. Another "leaker" has described the girls appearance as interesting/important and leakers are hiding its importance apparently.
Based on this, Vega could have put his mind into a girls body, like a horny or hornier Orochimaru but with girl not Sasuke or Uchihas especially.
