Thing is Law/Kidd bounty is highly inflated while SHs bounty are deflated. 800 million a lot
Law and kidd were around 400m/500m before wano.
So, since BM is 4.4 so their bounty should have been around 2.2 as you said.
Luffy who was more involved against kaido and with WG finding out about Gomu awakening - his bounty should have been around 3.5B range.
Oda just tried to forced rivalry between them when he himself portrayed Luffy being bigger threat and stronger.
Both zoro and sanji bounty are way less than what it should have been
Zoro's bounty could easily touch 2Billion considering what he pulled at roof top and for defeating king.
But oda has to go with birthdays instead of feats smh
