After Madara obtained EMS him and Hashirama ascended to a different tier but Tobirama still wipes most of the verse.

Hashirama was that strong even before Madara's EMS but he never bothered to go all out because he didn't want to kill Madara. Tobirama is certainly among the best guys after Madara and Hashirama, but he's not as strong as you're trying to portray him to be. Minato beats him, Nagato beats him, war arc Kabuto beats him and Obito beats him; Itachi, Bee, and third Raikage are strong contenders. Based on how good Koto is, Shisui has his chances too.
