So Luffy used Gear 5 + future sight + armament on Lucci.

Gear 5 was used entierly because of plot. He doesn't need it. A good old conquerors punch would've rocked Lucci's shit. He's strong, but he ain't top tier.

Those people were crazy but people also expected luffy to use ACoC with what ever he doing .
What happen was luffy uses G5 without ACoC and Lucci get awakening .
