Yeah they definitely don’t know what he is capable of, but when it comes to GB’s case it’s honestly a matter of “I’m here to defeat the new yonko who is still recovering from his previous battle” this part was definitely recognized. Highly doubt GB thought Luffy and SHs were at 100% coming in.
