Use your brain. Why would kaido question luffy being able to use advanced coc if zoro (luffys second hand) just did it agaisnt kaido seconds before luffy? Why would kaido state to luffy only a chosen few can use it if luffys subordinate used it seconds ago before him on kaido? Exactly because he didn't. The same way kaido sense coc In an unconscious luffy is how he felt it with zoro. Zoro canonically did not use advanced coc until king. Hence why oda had king reveal to zoro that his endurance and durability are even above that of any dragon (kaido). Read lol

This makes no sense. What you are saying is the equivalent of saying "well current Lucci should be luffy level since they were close in power level pretimeskip". Dude it is portrayal lucci clearly was shown as the leading figure and the one that fought luffy he is obviously still stronger then kaku .

Zoro is close to Luffy in offensive power, but Luffy is way more durable due to his Fruit, and also a lot more evasive and versatile.

Since Zoro uses slashes, rather than punches, he naturally does more damage than Luffy does. However, Luffy's strongest attack right now would definitely defeat Zoro's strongest attack.

You can see this by Zoro defeating a flaming dragon much smaller than Kaido: Oda is showing that Zoro is close to Luffy, but, that Luffy's Haki is much more powerful now.

Once they both iron out their CoC, their attack power will get more similar.

Again this is a failed argument since luffy throws a hole into this. Luffy and Lucci were close to even. That is now not the case at all. It's silly to assume that Lucci is still twice Kaku in power when current Lucci isn't even remotely close to luffy now
