So it’s the norm, the established idea, that Lucci is 2x Kaku. If nothing changes that statement, then it remains. You need something to imply it’s not the case anymore.

Because Kaku’s entire body is a weapon, his two legs count as swords. Giving him actual swords is a not bridging the gap between them.
