To be honest lunarians durability is odd, because some of their expressions clearly make it like seem they're in pain. I guess their skin in flame on doesn't get harder, the flame simply absorb the damage

They react to effect but don't get damaged.

Bonafide plot based ability, their flames gets only turned off when plot demands to move on.

The worst power system honestly, you have to lay out a proper excuse as to why, how or when their flames gets turned off, there's zero reason to become faster when you become vulnerable.

That's why a nerf is incoming. Maybe the higher the damage and the stronger the attacks are that the flame nullifies will force the user into "speed mode" for a certain time.

All Oda had to was to show one page of Zoro hurting flame on King in KOH, which would have forced him to rely on his speed mode .
Last part of the fight was really rushed
