Not genetic manipulation, it's very different and much easier to explain than curing smile users.

We weren't explained anything but unsurprisingly everyone is making assumptions. What if the explanation is something as simple as hamon hurting vampires by simulating the effects on the sun via a different enery source? It doesn't genetically alter anything, it just causes a natural biological reaction to something on them.
Wdym it isn't genetic manipulation?
Something inside of them triggers when the full moon appears.
Like a switch !
In order to contro this you gotta locate the thing that triggers it and such only is present of the genetic code.

NO we heard Burgess was not trusting him at 0 point w elearned he joined them for real .
His statut as a membe rof the crew was revealed when he kidnapped pudding .
Burgess was introduced as one of the ten Titan captains. Kuzan is one of them. Burgess not trusting him doesn't change he was already a part of the crew by then.

Not that I think Shiryu is stronger than Kuzan, but the argument is irrefutable at this point.

All those people shitting on Law and then we get the real spoilers and he looks great. Beat, like we expected, but got jumped and his crew was beaten, Blackbeard struggled against him, and he doesn't get caught. People thought he was going to be treated like Kid, he's way too important and his dream too significant. He's the Whitebeard of Luffy's generation.

Also, Garp looks incredible here too. So happy to finally see him go wild. Though I know the stuff with Aokiji and Teach probably isn't genuine on Aokiji's end, it definitely seems like it during the flashback. Can't help but be intrigued. If he is genuine, he probably rationalizes it by thinking that Teach isn't any worse than Akainu...

That's like saying an anaphylactic reaction is genetic manipulation because it triggers something present in the genetic code. It's not how it works.
