yc1 level character aren't a treat for end game shs and alliance
even now yc level characters aren't a treat to major characters
5 elders are either top tier (at least stronger than Big mom) or not that strong but have op dfs
between 5 elders or holy knight wg need at least 3-4 top tier to be end game treat
