Fujitora let the revs escape.
1) The slaves cannot leave Marijoie without the revs, so Fujitora couldn't have beaten Karasu's ass or it'd destroy the point of his actions
2) Revs themselves said they will escape as soon as the slaves are freed.
3) Fujitora started fighting GB right after helping the revs free the slaves, meaning they escaped while Admirals were fighting each other.

Big Mom: Alright, y'all, listen up! Mama's got a new name, and it's Thug Mom! From now on, we're gonna be the illest crew in the Grand Line!
Pudding: (suppressing laughter) Thug Mom? Isn't that a bit... cringy, Mom?
Katakuri: (smirking) Yeah, more like Boomer Mom.

Oven: (snickering) Looks like Thug Mom is taking it a bit too far, huh? Maybe we should start calling her "Mama Boomer" instead.
[The siblings burst into laughter, struggling to contain themselves as Big Mom tries to regain her cool composure.]
Big Mom: (feigning nonchalance) Yeah, yeah, laugh it up, but just you wait. Thug Mom's gonna show you all what real street cred is all about!
[Suddenly, an elaborate table of sweets is wheeled in, decorated with gold chains and dollar signs.]
Big Mom: (with exaggerated swagger) And now, my peeps, feast your eyes on this blinged-out, hood-tastic spread of treats! This is how we do it on Hood Cake Island!
[The children can no longer hold back their laughter, their amusement filling the room.]
Katakuri: (grinning) Oh, Thug Mom, you're something else. But you know we love you, even if you're not the baddest gangsta on the seas.
Big Mom: (smiling) Yeah, I guess being Boomer Mom isn't so bad after all. As long as we're all together and having fun, that's what matters.

If he was koed or beaten, how did he escape again?
Katakuri lost in 13 hits....still more than the attacks it too for zoro to be oneshotted by kamazou
Even on rooftop, zoro got hit only 3x
King lost in 4 moves that landed without his flames
Oh yeah Oda had tk make Kid be KOed from his own railgun explosion
If it wasn't one of the reasons, then why don't we see Kid koed before railgun explodes?
