He was in the God Valley flashback, so he sure remembers him, he just doesn't care apparently. Which sucks because Bogard is cool.

The first time I saw Garp at the age of 90 was able to use a wider advcoc then Shanks, I was sure he could rape anyone but Roger at the age of 39.
Oda's goal is clear and this makes me insecure...I can make excuses now that Shanks didn't mean to kill the crew, but it's Oda who prioritized Garp.

His wider AdvCoC named attack only destroyed a city portion and break a few buildings tho, that Galaxy Impact didnt beat anyone either, imo thats a bit underwhelming power-wise compared to Shanks narrower AdvCoC named attack which insta-ed Killer + Kidd. Of course Old Garp still dominating BBPs - even when an Admiral is one of them - is totally crazy.
