Zabuza specializes in assassination and stealthy tactics with the mist. In stats they are roughly equal. With suiton he can knock Hidan out of the circle and prevent the ritual. With knowledge Zabuza takes it for sure imo. Without knowledge it's more tricky. But the mist would probably be his downfall.
