2. Most the crew isn’t near the ship
3. Devon and laffitte likely infiltrated their group so someone is likely replaced or missing

Kizaru/aokiji/akainu = Big mom/Kaidou/Shanks and whitebeard was just the anomaly that could take everyone at once.
