Man, Kizaru looks so bad in this chapter against Sentomaru... First, he fails to defeat a guy who's already injured instantly, then he even struggles to defeat him, with his attacks not only being blocked and dodged, but he also gets hit himself. On the other hand, the Kaido vs. Kinemon fight makes Kaido seem like a god now, given the pathetic performance Kizaru had here.

Not to mention that Kizaru's laser attacks didn't do anything critical to Sentomaru's body, they were portrayed as just a regular explosion, and we've seen Big Mom casually withstand an explosion the size of an island without losing any limbs.

And we have to take into consideration that it's a Kaido without using his Devil Fruit power, while Kizaru was using his.

Lucci never attacked Stussy, he attacked Vegapunk and Stussy herself took the decision to put herself in harms way to save Vegapunk.

Its her determination, which Sanji respects. Just like how he respects Robin's determination when she fights BM and puts herself in harms way.

You can question why Sanji didnt save Vegapunk himself, but not attacking Lucci for Stussy isnt it.

Kizaru’s characterization is well executed, same goes for Sentomaru. I couldn’t care less about Sento before but now he’s growing on me. Kizaru seems to have a good nature therefore he will go down with utmost respect like Katakuri.
