Yes, that is absolutely possible. It's just that there was no need for Kaido, as by nature, he mimics most of the CP9's techniques.
- Soru: Kaido is naturally capable of moving at high speed, seeing how he repeatedly dodged G5 Luffy and even Snakeman, attacking so fast that Luffy has trouble dodging despite of his future sight. Thunder Bagua is arguably the fastest technique we've witnessed until now
- Tekkai: Having an extremely tough hide and powerful Haki on top, Kaido possesses a defense one can barely breach
- Geppo: Using flame clouds, Kaido is capable of moving through the air effectively even in Hybrid
- Kami-e: Even in Dragon form, by mimicking Luffy's Snakeman, he was able to slide through Snakeman's barrage of attacks very swiftly
- Shigan: It goes without saying that Kaido, with his dragon talons and powerful Haki, would be absolutely capable of piercing through the opponent using his fingers
- Rankyaku: Through his demolition gust, Kaido has shown the capability to create air scythes so powerful that they easily slice through limbs and weapons, taxing even G5 Luffy. Kaido has demonstrated this ability even in hybrid
Thinking about it, it is indeed interesting that Kaido can basically utilize his own form of Rokushiki, on top of utilizing Akainu's abilities (Blazing Bagua) and Fujitora's abilities (lifting through flame clouds), both on a larger scale than what the admirals displayed so far.
