I'm just not convinced on Luffy using ACoC here, the lightning looks too thin and straight when ACoC lightning usually looks thicker and less coherent in direction

That's all Oda's problem, 1100 chapters manga and he can't make proper difference between Hakis, all this discussion boils down to how poorly he handles Haki in general.
