Sure but again, what does this have to do with Luffy vs Kizaru specifically? Kuma will obviously factor in the arc. Kizaru and Lufft may very well have their fight interrupted or Luffy "loses" at first like usual. That doesnt mean this isnt Kizaru's arc and he wont lose by the end of it.

And advanced coc doesn’t increase the speed . We already saw Yamato not using advanced coc attacks and able to land hit on kaido. Gear 5 land hit on kaido without using advanced coc .

Even king can’t land hit on zoro on clear fight and zoro didn’t use advanced coc . Zoro got phone call by sanji while fighting king. King have flame mode which it is invincible/ or highest defense at peak which it is reason why king can land hit on him.
