Beckman is way above that level, the others are not. If Sanji would fight Queen again its a low to middiff fight, so how is he losing to Katakuri or King??? Your power scaling is disgustingly bad!

Take in the marines know exactly where Ray is but don't dare disturb him. He has no crew, no territory, no clout with the gorosei and the royals, nothing. Just the thought of taking him on requires so much preparation it's like going to war with a Yonkou and his entire alliance.

Contrast even Mihawk is being constantly attacked and being instigated by the Marines.

Rayleigh literally has the hand of god backing him. Dude can do no wrong, the same characters who call the Yonkou title "mere" to their face, tremble at his sight.

Anyone who doesn't have their head up their ass should know by now Rayleigh is the best treated top tier in the entire series. And it kinda makes sense when you understand he's the MC's mentor and directly linked to every important character in the series.

Literally what are shanks feats that could put him above ray?

Shanks in prime; blocked an admirals elemental attack with ease
Rayleigh out of prime (~70 years old); blocked an admirals elemental attack with ease

Shanks in prime; barely gets attacked my marines BC they aren't allowed to attack Yankers
Rayleigh at 70; never gets attacked by marines BC he is that fucking guy, he is a lone entity and marines can attack him openly. (Oda counteracts this by pretending marines didn't know where he was through kizaru's words but that's a load of fucking shit!!! Mfs got the best information network maybe only being beaten out by big mom and big news)

Rayleigh at 70; had BB shitting the fucking bed, whilst having backup. Rayleigh was even doubting himself but BB was having a mental fucking tizzy at the mere sight of this big dicked mother fucker.
