Yep pretty much this, Saturn being able to him summon himself somewhere is probably just part of his Mythical Zoan powers.

However if the other Elders can do the same thing, then yeah it would be a bit weird.

I don't know about the Yokai thing, as for the number ranking of the Gorosei I can infer from the pic that:

1- Venus/Gandhi: Some kind of Yokai bug maybe
2- Mars: Birdie Yokai of course.
3- JuPeter: A bald monk Yokai.
4- Mercury Mustache: A slime Yokai possibly.
5- Saturn: Spider Bull Yokai Thingy.

Head exploding might be Saturn's power.

The summon circle being a pentagram gives some possibility for it being a group ability or an ability given to them all by Imu. Could be wrong too.
