Few ways Kuma can be saved at the Egg Head Island.
1. Kuma/S-Bear can extract Kuma's memories from Bonney and place it in Kuma.
2. Vegapunk finds a way to reverse what he did to wipe memory using some hidden feature pertaining Lineage Factor.
3. The memory wipe is not permanent amd some personality of Kuma comes out like the Metal Shark in the beginning of Arc.
4. If extracting from Bonney's memory is not sufficient, there is always "Distorted Future" ability from Bonney and memories can be extracted from that future and be placed in current Kuma.
I am not pro or anti saving Kuma at this point. These are just ways I see Kuma can be restored. If you can find more, feel free to reply.
Best outcome I think is Bonney uses Distorted future on heavily wounded Kuma for few final moments with him and when it fades away, Kuma will be dead and arc ends with Bonney joining the strawhats.
