No. Way too big targets, kind of like Doflamingo vs Oars Jr.

But they do have some over powered AP and AoE. Casual punch, sword swing or Hakoku levels islands. They can destroy fleets of 50.000 with ease so they could be incredibly useful in Marineford for example unless someone like Akainu gets his hands on them.
