Lucci is solid YC1. As of now, there is no reason to gas him up above that. It means going toe to toe with top tiers like Luffy is too much for Zoro at this point. Like, Luffy looked more casual against Kizaru than Zoro is against Lucci.
Not all of us. I've come to accept that Oda hates Zoro at this point but just doesn't have the nerve to kill him off. Zoro is just the fraud on the crew. Sanji is Luffys new right hand. He's the one with a new world arc. He's the one Luffy says he needs to be pirate king. These are the facts. If Zoro had died in Thriller Bark he would've been a legend. Now he's a loser.
They're all practically invulnerable to Lucci's attacks. All of them, unlike Zoro, could fight and beat Lucci without worrying about getting hit. They'd ragdoll him if anything.

Kizaru: "My reputation is on the line here, I need to at least bring your heads in..." Sanji: "Then I'll guess you'll just have to write an apology letter !"
Roger can be a little annoying at times and completely incorrect almost all the time but this time he's right
When Zoro uses a named move and puts on his bandana he'll one shot Lucci.
Saturn issues is not being weak , do people think that Kizaru could tank dawn gatling without any damage ?
Saturn did that easy and get back up right away .
He was able to freeze people and he get attacks on them but the attacks not strong enough .
Then again it not like Kizaru attack effect luffy that much either or even the other SH now it seem.
Yes, Luffy most of the time was goofing around against Kizaru without the usage of adv. Haki at all. The moment he pulled out a punch with adv. Haki, Kizaru was put to rest.
