Sukuna will regain his DE soon and use it on Maki. She'll survive Malevolent Shrine though because she can't be targeted by Cleave, only Dismantle

If she tanks Malevolent Shrine for more than 5 pages she's automatically Top 1 in durability and endurance by wide margin than the fuckboi and the gambler.
