Ok and kaido tanked and regen most of the damage , most significant damage he took was a zoro scar, and even then kaido and voat momo pointed out how luffy was nearly dying , it’s a shonen no one is 100%, kaido strongest attack could only burn luffy hand, luffy strongest defeated kaido

Kaido was intentionally letting himself get hit because he enjoys battle

he wasn’t going all out until the very end. That’s why he could best G5 Luffy despite also seemingly going toe to toe with base Luffy.

Also Luffy’s HP is kinda irrelevant because while he was in G5, he was basically in an adrenaline boost and only felt the side effects once G5 wore out.
