Luffy is just reacting to Warcury's CoC roar in typical G5 fashion, Warcury isn't literally ripping Luffy's eyeballs out and tearing his scar off his chest with a roar, if that was the case, Luffy would now be blind and have a large portion of his chest missing, two things that obviously aren't the case, it's just a G5 gag, that's why Lance says it's hilarious in the summary.

1. Do you comprehend that Garp was not ordered to stop anyone from getting to Ace? He was trying to get Ace executed by his own free will.
Garp could've just watched Luffy save Ace without interfering.

Big Mom and Garp having CoC it's not a shock to the world. The world have known they were conqueror for years. Us readers couldn't say 100% sure they were conqueror after we got some official information telling us or showing us. For them we don't need the world to react to their CoC.
The world doesn't know Zoro is a conqueror. His crew still don't know. Only a few people do. It will be a shock to the SH and world when they learn they have another conqueror.

it is very strange considering Luffy has not tried everything in his arsenal before coming to the conclusion...especially when he went allout against Kaido before coming to that conclusion...for some very dumb reason, Luffy is not using CoC coating against someone very powerful...and given the experience of Luffy from the beginning of the series to this point he should have more experience because he always fought against someone way stronger than him and improved....now that is not the case...and Luffy fighting instincts were always good but somehow Oda dumbed him down in egghead in regards to fighting...not the first time but it is annoying troupe
