Doesn't need to be the most durable. He maxed out his endurance first. His second best stat is his AP. Then his speed. Then his durability.
Even still, his durability is marvelous.
He fought two top tiers, Oden and Big Mom. May be more but we haven't seen much of God Valley so
Did he run away? Or did he just not want to have to try and win a fight against someone that could push him to a high high diff (or extreme diff) and then go into another battle with top tiers, while only having his RHM to help him against an entire Yonko crew full of strong and intelligent people?

I doubt Kaido was the strongest ACoC user alive.
