He's probably the weakest of those highlighted but he's definitely a key player, Oda wouldn't have had him interact with Blackbeard and gave him a connection to Luffy if he wasn't, it's not just a coincidence that Garp happened to be the one that came to arrest ax hand and take Koby and Helmeppo under his wing, there's a reason he told us his dream was to be a marine admiral in the beginning and why he's one of the very few east blue characters outside of the strawhats and cross guild that have been consistently relevant throughout the story. So let me get this straight, in the final panel of Vegapunk’s speech, where Oda establishes the major players of those who will be going after One Piece, Oda decides to feature characters like Imu, Dragon, Saint Shanks, Akainu, Aokiji, Blackbeard, etc…

…but not Mihawk.

You literally have to be reading a different series to think Oda cares about Mihawk as much as sword swallowers do.

These characters are probably the strongest characters in the verse right now(if we cut Buggy and Coby(rising star for the future), since for Buggy you have Crocodile and Mihawk).

Which also confirms me that Kuzan seems be above the other Admirals like Kizaru,GB and Fujitora, same as above any Gorosei(noticed how only Imu was named here).

People finally should stop downplaying Kuzan only because he works with Teach(will surpasse Primebeard).
Dude matched with Garp in physical power and also show/tease of using adv CoC...
