Yea as long as he is a guaranteed fight for Zoro he is guaranteed the best feats. Relevance was never his strong suit to begin with, Shanks has always lapped him there that's just the truth. He has hype and the potential feats that he is being saved for, which will probably be out of this world.

All shitposting aside its very obvious for a long time which characters Oda likes and which not. I also said this in the Kizaru thread this is often not Power level related. It was always clear oda enjoys buggy more
This just confirms what most people who pay a modicum of attention suspected. Mihawk is just power level man with nothing going on characterwise.
Also don't count Kizaru out yet there is even more greatness potential for him writing wise even if he might be not among the strongest EoS

Mihawk will never get involved in the plot, his role in the story is to be Zoro's opponent and that's it. I don't undestand why Oda had him join Cross Guild when he clearly has no intention to do anything with his character
