Hmm, probably has to do with her being a Nefertari, maybe he knows something we dont. I mean he did have her picture stabbed with a knife in the Reverie.
The way Joyboy spoke to Emeth, about using this gift to fight off the past in the distant future makes it seem like the Gorosei were there back then. Atleast most of them.
The D thing is pretty damn important. Plus her being a descendant of the girl who was likely Imu's crush/lover until he found her and Joyboy playing tonsil tennis in the closet.
Teach has yet to peak and so does luffy.
Teach has lot going on - his shanks plot is unresolved, Ancient weapon plot and Devon plot have to be unfold.
And, don't forget - Teach is the only antagonist marked by IMU along side luffy, Poseidon and Vivi.
Writing is on the wall - you wanna turn blind eye to that then be my guest but Teach isn't going down anytime soon...and, only one who will beat Teach is luffy - I don't know why you people overlook that Teach is mirror image of Luffy in all sense.
When she allied with Kaido, everyone argued the alliance would fall apart and she would leave wano.
Then when Kid and Law fought her, everyone was against the two winning.
The fact of the matter is, if the final saga is the final saga then Teach can only be a secondary antagonist. Period.
Teach’s biggest claim to fame, the ability to negate DF powers, has already been far overshadowed by god tier ACoC. Which seems like a much better ability in that you don’t even need to make contact to use it. If Joyboy can do this then Imu definitely can.
